TIP: calibration blocks for ET200SP AI 2xSG 4,6-wire HS module

Hi,

I posted here a sample project with calibration blocks (without and with 1 weight) for ET200SP AI 2xSG 4,6-wire HS module (TIA V15).

There are also user data types to the inputs / outputs to normal / isochronous operation.

Some additional tips, from product manual:

Because the filter also filters for a multiple of 50/60 Hz, it may be better to disable the filter.

Any setting values is scaled to +/- 100,000,000 digits in the module.

To operate the blocks:

Calibration without weights:

1 – Set the mv/V in device configuration, configure other settings as usual

2 – Set the block input nominalLoadCellWeight with the nominal weight value of the load cell.

3 – Change the input calibrate from FALSE to TRUE.

Calibration with weights 0 and 1:

1 – Set the mv/V in device configuration, configure other settings as usual

2 – Let the load cell empty.

3 – Set the variable calibrationWeight0 to 0.0

4 – Change the input acceptWeight0 from FALSE to TRUE.

5 – Let the reference weight 1 on the load cell.

6 – Set the variable calibrationWeight1  corresponding to weight 1

7 – Change the input acceptWeight1 from FALSE to TRUE.

8 – Let the load cell empty.

9 – Change the input tara from FALSE to TRUE.
