tool to change the machine name where I run a PCS7 application

The WinCC Competence Center Mannheim has developed a tool which allows to rename the computer name from a WinCC project off line. That means, the WinCC project must not be open. The tool is a small exe file which has as parameter the name from the WinCC project.
