Torque control in S7-1200 with Driver V90

AutoGen_2379618 Joined: 6/6/2023 Last visit: 4/3/2024 Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	hello good morning, I'm having trouble doing a program where I'll need to receive a signal every time a servo reaches a certain torque value, but I'm not able to find the torque settings on the tia portal using the s7-1200, I'm using the telegrams 3 and 750 to do this control but I am not able to access the torque information can someone help me??

This value can be transferred to the PLC via acyclic communication: SINAMICS V: Acyclic communication between SIMATIC S7-1500 and SINAMICS V90 via PROFINET As for the torque limits; they cannot be written to the TO on an S7-1200. Only possible via V90 GSDML and additional telegram 750 (M_LIMIT_POS, M_LIMIT_NEG, M_ACT): SINAMICS V90 PROFINET, SIMOTICS S-1FL6 Operating Instructions

I want to do a torque control using a v90 driver and an S7-1200 and I would like to know if I can move some torque parameters from the V-Assistant to the tia portal v17 using an s7-1200.

Search this support site (especially the TIA Portal and S7-1200 product conferences) for suggestions on what library component(s) help solve most of the heavy lifting for you. Do I need to read the current in the portal so that when the current goes up I can activate an output, is it possible to use a telegram to read the current from the driver in tia portal?
