Totally integrated automation portal has encountered a problem and needs to close

Gokayakkoc Advanced Member Joined: 3/2/2019 Last visit: 9/20/2024 Posts: 17 Rating: (0)	Dear all, I have been using TIA Portal professional V16 with no updates and my operating system is Windows 10 Professional. Sometimes i get "Totally integrated automation portal has encountered a problem and needs to close" this error while working on a project as it is usual. Today when i open an any project and click any datablock or HMI project, i get this error. I checked out the topics which is similiar to my problem on the forum and tried it some of them but didn't work. Also i tried to uninstall tia portal professional v16 and then installed it, didn't work either. I don't know what i am gonna do. Could you please help me to solve problem? For more info, please see the 'Service.log' file which is attached as part of the diagnostics report zip-file. Service.log INFO 2021-08-23 13:54:11,579: Initializing Siemens Diagnostics Data Collector Service. INFO 2021-08-23 13:54:11,589: Parsing configuration xmls 1. INFO 2021-08-23 13:54:11,605: Parsing configuration xmls completed, event providers count = 6. INFO 2021-08-23 13:54:11,919: Siemens Diagnostics Data Collector Service hosted successfully!! Seems to be a problem with the Siemens Diagnostics Data Collector Service. But I can't see a problem in Service.log. I suggest you create a SupportRequest and post your problem and dr-file in it.

I then transferred the system data to the CPU in the hardware config. I was then able to reestablish an online connection without the error message popping up.

The error message popped up and I had to restart the program. I then transferred the system data to the CPU in the hardware config. I was then able to reestablish an online connection without the error message popping up. I have the same problem when connecting online, how can I fix it?
