We have a problem on the TP177B.

The panel shows black screen. It can't be switched on. I am sure the power supply has no problem.  What can we do in this situation?

There was no any LEDs or lights I could see. Anyway, I replaced a new panel now.

please look on the back of the Panel. Are There any LEDs or other Lights you can see when you switch on the Panel?

It could be that only the Screen of the Panel ist damaged.

In this case perhaps you can save the project with ProSave.
but you still have a damaged Panel.
