EIC_CONTROL Posts: 198 Rating: (36)	transistor is solid state electronic switch component in logo max current 300mA and relay is electromagnetic switching component relay is for high current 4A in logo outputs. but if you need switching pulse out put like a PWM then transistor is better than relay . hope this will help you.
