Trouble while charge parameters - when started all parameters get back to 0?

Hello ,we have a trouble while charge parameters .When we started , all parameters back to 0? Anybody have these trouble? and displayed overcharge thermal. Thanks Regards ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
