Trying to connect CU-240E-2 (6SL3244-0BB12-1BA1) through USB

Dear Experts ,

I am using starter v 4.3.2 , I trying to connect CU-240E-2 (6SL3244-0BB12-1BA1) through USB Its get reached through accessible node  .online get connected but no CU showing on project window.

My current ssp : v04.70.10.00 relaese 04.70.35.00

                          v04 .70.10.02 release 04.70.82.00

I am trying to make new project with same CU type, projects get created but there is no Cu is showing 

please help me to reach , and give suggestions if any update need for starter ?

My pg is windows 7 with service pack 1.
