trying to install Wincc

I have installed TIA portal v13 on my PC now I am trying to install Wincc. then i have this message ,however i search for installed wincc on my Pc but i couldn't find it.

 Open TIA 13 and from the top bar, press Help -> Installed software... and post the picture here.

I have installed Wincc RT advanced when i tried to open it it gives message 

I have TIA portal sp1 V13, what is the Wincc version that works with it?
