unable to find scan

Hi,

I am able to ping the PLC and the PC physically connected to the PLC(at site) from my programming computer(at office). However I am unable to find scan and find it through the accessible devices by TIA portal. Please suggest and help.

PLC IP- 192.168.250.1

PLC Subnet 255.255.255.0

PLC Router 192.168.250.10

Site PC IP 192.168.250.10
