Upload Station to PG 13:77 Error

tcangar Posts: 20 Rating: (0)	Hello, I'm trying to upload the running Software from the Station to Siemens PG - STEP7. While uploading, I got the following error message: "Upload Station to PG 13:77 . (120) Error while uploading the configuration to the Programming Device. Do you want to continue" If I click continue the current IM-300 Interface Module in the Hardware Configutaion comes with a question mark (?) says it is not recognised, it suggest alternative nodes as IM-361. If I select the node as IM-361 in the Hardware configuration, the new uploaded HW-Configuration does not work. Can you please provide help? Please note that: - No connection problems, i can see and upload the programs, did it many times with my cables, the running I/O's can be seen with my current connection, only the HW configutaion cannot be uploaded - Checked the forum, read threads, this error has been reported 1/2 times, no solution provided. - Checked the error code 13:77, it says : Inconsistent HW configuration in module, occurs when previous loading of SDBs into the module was incomplete or faulty. Options package for configuring specific modules (e.g. CPs) is not installed. No solution is given. - Have updated the HW components, have the latest updates on my PG already, in any case the station software is made on 2002 ( 9 years old ) , which is already running on the machine without any problems since 9 years. Can it be a backwards compatibility problem with the STEP7 Hardware? Which option package should i have to make it work. Thanks. Attachment NC_Error.JPG (264 Downloads)

tcangar Posts: 20 Rating: (0)	No, I don't have Siwarex, FM350, FM351, FM355, or VIPA modules in the stations hardware configuration. The only non-recognised module is IM-300, comes with a questionmark, it suggests IM-361, if i say OK, IM-361 doesn't work. The inputs/outputs are somehow shifted, not in their positions. I don't have the source software, i can only take a running back-up. The station software is written on 2002, maybe its an older version of hardware, is there maybe a "patch" to make it "older" .

I checked again the problem, i might have gotten closer to the source maybe. I checked the upladed project. It has a DP/ASi Master Module6GK1 415-2AA01. On the module is the CER Error (Configuration Error) light is lit. Help says these may be the source: - When a configured AS-i slave does not exist on the AS-i cable (for example failure of the slave). - When an AS-i slave exists on the AS-i cable but it was not previously configured. - When an attached AS-i slave has different configuration data (I/O configuration, ID code) from the slave configured on the DP/AS-i Link 20E. - When the DP/AS-i Link 20E module is in the offline mode. Then I tried with the SET Button to retrieve the Configuration: - disconnected the Profibus - pushed the SET button - the CER light is off - pushed the SET button again Then when i connected the Profibus, again the CER (Red) is lit and the AUP (Green ) is lit. When I tried to upload the project again, same thing Error 13:77 and the configuration cannot be downloaded. Would this maybe of some help? Attachment asi.JPG (244 Downloads)
