V Assistant ethernet connection

This is ridiculous that Siemens produced a product where the only way to use it is to have to disable other network adapted. Many times disabling other network interfaces is not an option.

the V90 must be connected.

When they are connected, and it doesn't work,  deactivate the other interfaces for a test.

I bump this thread to hopefully force a solution to this. 

This is also a big problem for us since many times our clients have the PROFINET on 1 Ethernet card and the internet (of which we connect remotely to) is on a different Ethernet card, and obviously we aren’t able to disable the internet connections Ethernet in order for V-ASSISTANT to select the correct card..

You’re not able to provide a quick fix for this via a config file or similar, in order to select which network V-ASSISTANT should choose?

I will bump this too. I'm trying to remotely connect to a v90 through a VPN, so I can't disable my ethernet adaptor because that will also disable my VPN. Please fix this Siemens it would be very helpful

Good morning,I wanted to ask some clarifications regarding the V Assistant software.The PC on which the application is installed has 3 ethernet ports, one connected to the server and the customer and one connected to the profinet network on which we have our HMI plus a series of software to be able to assist and monitor the system.Unfortunately when I launch the V Assistant application he only points to the network that the client's server is connected to.How can these settings be changed?Thank you
