Waiting for IPSimatic-Logon

I have already created a project which working fine in Local Wifi network. Every devices in the same Wifi network can access to the Project's HMI.

Then I use a mobile device, which is connected to a mobile network (outside the Wifi network), connect to the Project's HMI through the opened port on the Wifi modem, I can access to the page. But when I click on "WinCC Unified RT" button, a notification shows up: "Waiting for IPSimatic-Logon" for a few secconds and then notthing happen.

Normally, when I click on "WinCC Unified RT" button on the Local-Wifi-network devices, the page will switch on User Login page which I can login with the Local user and access to the Project's HMI.

Where did I do wrong or what do I need to do?

I find a way to solve this problem:

When you download the runtime into your panel you have to uncheck "keep actual user" so it will download the users again 

打开wincc unified configuration

注销，登录后打开  tia pro 下载

打开manager 刷新一下 ，再启动

在谷歌游览器登录IP地址
