Weird behaviour of memory consumption when migrating from Step7

The old program could be downloaded on 128kB MMC card, this time I gave 512kB and when I download I get out of memory error. There is not enough memory available for download to the device. The MMC is completely full. Now how can this be possible?

In Program Info -> Resorces it displays total of 117 kB load memory 7% and 81 kB of work memory 31%. How to prevent from downloading that "extra" useless stuff?

I think the only way to do that is to delete all comments from the project. Each letter in each comment needs memory at the MMC in TIA Portal projects. Classic Step7 doesn't download any comment or tag names.
