What command for getting program from S7-1200

hello everyone. I am using for programming tia portal v12, and as it is new for me, and with your help, if is possible I want to clear somethying for my self. When I try to copy a programm from a plc s7 1200, to my pc, what comand should I try? Load from device or download to device?
