Whats is difference between SFB5 and S-pext?

hello every body!Can anyone know whats is difference between SFB5 and S-pext?both of them use for time delay.

My second question is about how can i use ob10 and goes my CPU to stop mode?with what command in ob 10 goes CPU to stop mode?

SFB 5 "TOF" is a Off-Delay timer-function. Where or what is S-pext? Where did you find it.

What CPU do you have?

OB10 is a Time-of-Day interrupt. It starts at a time that you can acitvate and set it in the properties of your CPU.

There is one instruction that sets the CPU in STOP, SFC46 "STP".

But the CPU can also go in STOP when there is a programming error or an other error, when the specific error-OB is not loaded.

When you don´t know why your CPU was going into STOP, have a look into the diagnostic buffer or share it with us. We will tell you whats up.
