when I installed the step 7 v5.6 HF5 appear a fault message and then the installed was stopped.

I hope you can help me to find the root reason , thanks advance.

but this is not the solution for the problem!

if you check the readme on the dvd you will see that this startoption should never be used with simatic manager.

i think you have problem with registry virtualization.

for this you need to delete the registrykeys:

check if the Registry keys exists

HKEY_USERS\>UserSID_Classes\VirtualStore
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\VirtualStore

if yes then delete the keys and the SW should be run without the "Run as Administrator"
