WinCC Classic V7.0 UserControl object scritps

I do not know a "UserManagerCtrl", it is no Standard WinCC Control,
WinCC has a "AXUserAdminControl" for the Usermanagement.

Fo the scripts:

What is the meaning of  " p=(char*)SysMalloc(200); "  ?

--> a stringpointer is defined an 200 Byte of memory are reserved for the string

What is the meaning of  " strcpy(p, GetTagChar(PROJ)); " ?

--> the content of the Stringvarible "SzGlProjectPath" is read an assigned to the
Stringpointer. I think this is the path of the project.

What is the meaning of  " strcat(p, *GRACS\\*);

--> The Name of the folder "GRACS" is connected to the path of the project.
"GRACS" is the subfolder, which contains the pictures.

you can register a third party control with the Graphics Designer.

If the control is registered it is in the list, and you
can add it to the picture

yes, you can register *.dll and *.ocx.
This are files for controls, you can create with Visual C++.
