Hi You can read out the SQL database which isdescribed inthe following entry: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/26283062 Maybe you can use local tags to add the datain your own control. Bye |

Hi sbiughy. I also went looking for a grid activex that will work with WinCC Flex. The only one that seemed to work was this one: http://www.bogemic.com/grid-activex-control-overview.php In the end I found it to have far too many functions for my need (I prefer small and simple), so I didnt actually go and use it for real. Not sure how reliable it is as I didnt work with it in depth. Let me hear how it goes. I am still interested in a simple Grid object for Flexible. There ought to be one built-in already. |

You find an example in the following FAQ (Attachment 2): http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/24327008 The FAQdescribes the option Audit of WinCC flexible but in the attachment 2 isan example with these ActiveX Control.
