Hello kostas; If you have connected your Mag8000 process values to WinCC (normally through a PLC) then you can always create a trend with the archived values. See the attached illustration from this manual: So: how are you planning to connect your magmeter to WinCC? How are you goind to connect the GPRS module to your PLC? and the PLC to WinCC? SIMATIC V7.0 SP1 Getting started Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |

Hello kostas; Don't worry, your English seems quite good. If you want to use the Mag8000 GPRS service with the OPC DA server, you will need to follow the instructions provided in the following manual (just in case you do not have it already) SITRANS F Communication Modules SITRANS F M MAG 8000 GSM/GPRS add-on module Once you have setup the hardware on the GPRS module of the Mag8000 and the Internet connections to the WinCC computer, you will need to setup POP3 accounts for email and setup the Mag8000 OPC DA server (see chapter 10) on the same computer. Once that is done, WinCC can act as a OPC DA client. See the following manual (Chapter 4): WinCC: Communication WinCC as an OPC DA client If WinCC is to be used as an OPC DA client, the OPC channel must be added to the WinCC project. A connection for data exchange is created in the WinCC project of the WinCC OPC DA client; this is used to handle access to the WinCC tag of the OPC DA server . ... In order to be able to access a WinCC tag of the WinCC OPC DA servers..., a connection and a WinCC tag must be configured in the WinCC project of the WinCC OPC DA client. To simplify the configuration of connections and of WinCC tags, use the WinCC installer to install the OPC Item Manager. Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |
