WinnCC Professional V13, download project only if Redundancy is not enabled

Dear Mr. Pegaia Many thanks for your tips. My problem is that I can download only if Redundancy is not enabled for my WinnCC Professional V13 Projects. If I enable Redundancy I have the atached error. The operating system I use is Windows Server 2012 R2. please help Victor Axinte
