Wiring diagram for 64DO

Hi evrybody,

I'm looking for the wiring diagram for 64Do (6ES7 322-1BP00-0AA0). I've found the manual with the wiring diagram, but it seems to be false!

At page 134 you can see that the first two wires are not wired the same way on the second group!

The real question is: I have to make myself the cables from the 64DO card and i'm not sure that the numbers from the table in page 136 are the same on connectors X1 and X2.

Hello Guys,

Be aware, What is happening in French manual, is that for remake (or traslation) mistakes, some wires dissapear and others go to other side... If you compare English (page 135) vs french (page 134) there are some mistakes in the diagram.

What would be useful:
                -   Report the mistakes to siemens, coz they need to verify this issues to avoid ppl get confused.
                -   Use the English manual to compare diagrams when necessary (perhaps there are more mistakes)

Thanks for your answer. Yes i've seen the connection table. But it seems to be only for the 40 pin terminal block. I'm looking fo this connection table, but for the front panel 64DO card (X1 + X2).

I though that you were wondering about the wiring diagram but not the pin conexion one =P.

About what i think are you talking about now is that, if you can see the image attached, the distribution of the USR and COM pins are different, in some cases, they are the upper ones, and the others are the lowers.

PD: wiring mistakes are some lines that dissapear in the wiring diagram, and seems that they are not connected or wrongly connected. To send the report, you can do it by a request, or asking a Mod who to. I tell you because if I send a request, i cannot be communicated with french siemens (I live in Latin America xD).

Yes that's what i'm looking for!

I undesrtand your position, but how can you be shure of the pin affectation? You're telling me that USR24_0 is the fist pin of X1, I'm ok. But the USR24_2 would be the last pin of X1 and USR24_1 would be the first pin of X2!!!! It's diffult to be shure!

And the number of pins isn't the same on X1 that in the diagram, so where are the unused pins?

The pin connector how many pins have?. As far I understand, X1 has 40 and X2 as well. every one have 32 DO + 8 source signals (L & M). If you look at the table given by dchartier it indicates from X to X+3. That is just X1. so they this is the PIN distribution of X1. for X2 (x+4 to x+7) must be the same. So, in tha<t way, you can identify the pins.

I don't have the card in front of me, so i can't be shure if X1-X2 have 40 pins. I thought it was 37 pin sub D. I'm not convinced by your position.
