Your method of learning something new and its permanence

It is true that it is sometimes difficult to retain so much information and to retain all that Siemens has to offer. In my case, what works best for me is to put everything I study into practice. The best way to learn, regardless of age, is to practice with it and stick with it because in the end you retain things much better when you have tried. In the end memorising is of little use.

I understand you sometimes the same thing happens to me, for me the important thing is not to know everything by heart, but to know how and where to consult information, for example to have in the bookmarks of the web browser the manuals that you can normally use, FAQs, or for example to have example projects archived, or make some guides, it is not healthy to know everything by heart,  Learn how to consult information and examples in an agile way, I think it's the best advice I can give you.

Hi, when beginning a professional career, everyone forgets to learn "how to learn" 

I guess it is largely subjective, but I find the free Anki tool very useful for long term memory retention as long as you follow the scheduler.

There are many youtube guides on how to use it for almost every subject including coding/programming.
