Dear AutoGen, As I did not saw such a scenario yet, do you have the chance to post a screenshot of the issue here? Could it be that the Scale has been changed in the settings of Windows itself, to a "bad"/not allowed value? There are also some information in the documentation of COMOS, as far I remember, about this known issue. Maybe you can open a ticket for this issue, adding a screeenshot and a log file? You may try to reset the GUI of COMOS by deleting the files here: C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\UserNameDerAnwender\Anwendungsdaten\Comos_Industry_Solutions All the best, SuperPippo |
