all led's blinking of cpu 414-2

AutoGen_5173221 Joined: 2/8/2023 Last visit: 5/21/2024 Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	We have a CPU 414-2. When we start it after a day of shutdown, all its indicators flash. After turning off the power supply, the CPU turn to stop mode. Upon turning the power supply back on, the CPU switches to run mode, and everything returns to normal. However, after some time, the issue recurs. This pattern repeats every one or two days after each shutdown. I would greatly appreciate your valuable suggestions on this. To address this issue, we replaced the CPU, which has now resolved the issue and returned operations to normal. However, I am still pondering why this problem occurred. Is there a power supply issue (ps 405) that damaging the CPU, considering that this cpu was changed not long ago. Attachment cpu image.jpeg (380 Downloads)
