analog input module failure

hello.....,

I have a issue concerning this module: 7kb02-0ab0

this is a input module with several possibilities for input: voltage,miliamps, thermocouple resistor etc

as soon as i turn the module on and i start to use it,  (see attachment, at the arrow it's deactivated but as soon as i select for instance input E voltage) and i download it the red led SF lights up. 

when i go online and right click on the module for 'module information'  in the tab general the module is available and o.k..   when i go the the tab diagnostic interrupt i can read the following things:

External error,  faulty module, no external auxiliary voltage,  parameters have not been assigned to the module

i tried several configurations with that selector ABCD thing on the site of module also in the properties menu but problem remains the same 

anyone idea what it can be

but perhaps this is usefull to mention,   if i monitor the analog inputs of the module,, see attachement

whatever i do, they remain in overflow
