Are 1mb RAM card (952-1AK00-0AA0) with CPU 416-2 v3.1.3 (416-2XK02-0AB0) compatible?

CFS Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hello, I want touse 1mb RAM card (952-1AK00-0AA0) with CPU 416-2 v3.1.3 (416-2XK02-0AB0). Are the two compatible? When I slot in the memory card, I cannot download and requires memory reset...even after mem reset, same msg. Pls advise Splitted from Internal Ram in s7 400.
