Hello experts, I do have pretty much similar situation. One of our redundancy CPU (414) has been replaced recently due to unable to run. We replaced with similar part by following the instruction from section 16.2.1 Failure and replacement of CPU. After the memory reset we found the CPU and 443 CP card stuck in stop mode. Would you please advise on this issue? Hello, Attached is diagnostic buffer for other CPU. I do see the different firmware on new CPU installed in rack 0 which is 4.5.1 while the running CPU in rack 1 showing 4.5.6. Should I perform the firmware update? Can I perform firmware update without affecting the operation handled by other CPU? AttachmentLatest Diagnostic Buffer Safehouse CPU B.pdf (776 Downloads) |
