How to monitor/ read internal temperature of S7-400 CPU

Therefore for analysis of the cause, I need to monitor its internal temperature . So, kindly suggest me how to read plc temperature at program level or is there any diagnostic tool, event logs or information available for it so that I can reach to the core of solution.
