hello I have a 6RA80XX converter controls DC motor, there are parameters: P50750 and P50755 the manual said they are analog output source and the value is percentage, my question is what percentage are they? how to setup the value? what are relations with r52026 / r52027? thanks. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Hello, Please refer FD 2095 from manual SINAMICS DCM, List Manual, Firmware version 1.5 (based on 5.1 SP1), p50750 & p50755 are BICO connectors to which source connector can be connected to out put analog value. E.g. if user want to display actual motor rpm speed, connect r00021 to p50750 (i.e. set p50750 = 21) so that actual r0021 value will be available at p50750. User can further process analog signal by setting value at p50751 i.e. whether absolute signal or inverted signal etc. etc. to be process, in p50752 user can set filter time for signal & max time can be set = 10000ms (10 sec), p50753 is for scaling of analog out put signal e.g. p50753 is set to 5 V, 100% output = 5 volt, 50% output = 2.5 volt so depending upon user requirement, scaling value can be set in p50753. If user want offset value it can be set in 50754. This way after setting all these value, D/A converter will convert digital value to analog value & it will be available at terminal X177.49 & 177.50 (0 V) So the final output is in % of set value in p50753, i.e. if 50753 = 10 Volt, then for actual max speed i.e. 100%, analog out at X177.49 & X177.50 will be 10Volt, for 50% speed output will be 5 Volt.
