If your objective is to learn how to program a Siemens PLC  you could do worse than these tutorials for different families of PLCs:

You can select training modules for LOGO! programmable relays, S7-300 PLCs (the Classic modules shown in the screenshot below), S7-1200 and S7-1500 CPUs (TIA Portal modules) or DCS-type training (PCS 7 modules). 

There are trial licenses for Classic Simatic Manager and TIA Portal  on this forum site, search for them with the search box at the top of this page. The trial license allows you to work for 21 days with a fully operable software, freely downloadable. After 21 days it is expected you purchase a valid license from Siemens.
