S5 to S7 program: STL instruction with address of F66.2

Camaroony Member Joined: 12/18/2018 Last visit: 7/17/2022 Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Hi I am doing a S5 to S7 program upgrade and have come across an instruction in STL (#) with an address of F66.2, this looks like a coil symbol but unsure what the # represents, Any ideas would be appreciated. The CPU is a S5 100U. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Need help on S5 Instruction.

The function of the FB's in this Program ? , sorry but I know not much still learning. Hello The (#) is a Midline Output Please see below from Siemens Help File. Description ---( # )--- (Midline Output) is an intermediate assigning element which saves the RLO bit (power flow status) to a specified <address>. Also, your reverence indicates that F66.2 is used in PB5 Segment 3. I am assuming it has been deleted and therefor is not used anymore and can also be deleted in Segment 2 OB31 and OB34, Sine they are empty, you do not need them. Regards / m.f.g

Camaroony Member Joined: 12/18/2018 Last visit: 7/17/2022 Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Thank-you Legacy Support, I did not even see the that it was in FB5 Seg.3 , the other issue I have is that the S7-1200 processor I will be using does not support the extended Pulse timer, I have found some code on another topic but have not tested to see if it works yet, if you are aware of some code for this timer function then it would be great to have another opinion.
