Dear experts! I am facing some difficulties in commissioning V90 EPOS-functions - in combination with my PLC (SINA-POS) Used hardware: 6SL3210-5FB10-1UF2 (V90 Servo-Drive) 1FL6024-2AF21-1LH1 (1FL6-Motor wit 12 bit Multiturn Encoder) 6ES7 511-1UK01-0AB0 (CPU 1511TF-1 PN I'll try to expain my difficulties here:
The somewhat funny thing is that as soon as I disable SINA-POS and start movement via V-Assistant, everything is fine again (very smooth movement, hardly any audible noise). As I understand, SINA-POS simply tells the V90's integrated positioner what to do. I would then expect that V90 uses the tuining-parameters it has on its ROM(?). Am I probably wrong? Do I need to send tuning parameters via SINA_PARA e.g.? I will appreciate any help! Thank you very much in advance! Kind regards, Manuel B.
