Hello Corn98, It is possible that one of the points which are descriebed in the FAQ (link) is the reason. When downloading to the S7-1500 CPU, why is the message "There is insufficient memory on the memory card for this amount of data" displayed although there is still enough memory available? https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/107108015 I recommend also to update the firmware version of your CPU. With best regards |

Hi Corn, the problem is based on the amount of data used in the control Web server DB 333. The size of that DB is influenced by the following points:
from my point of view its based on the amount of tags you're using in your pages - but its far away from a 100% answer as long as we do not now the site in detail.... On thing you can do would be using strings to combine the data into strings and therefor less tags to transfer between the web server and your application - that is described in on of the examples here: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/68011496 Best Regards |

A cheat would be to clone the existing Motors DB to a DB with shorter name, and UDT names. For example: form:="MTR".m[1].al[1].State: saves 7 bytes for each tag in the web page without too much loss of understanding for what the data represents.
