PDF Viewer function is not showing in my controls option

bickramjeet Experienced Member Joined: 12/29/2014 Last visit: 11/28/2023 Posts: 25 Rating: (0)	Dear Team, I have tia portal wincc advance v14 update 2 I was using TP 1900 comport for Designing and I need to open the pdf file at runtime. but problem is that the PDF Viewer function is not showing in my controls option. Please suggest me any solution on this matter regards Bickramjeet ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from PDF Viewer in WinCC.

Murof Platinum Expert Joined: 8/3/2009 Last visit: 10/31/2024 Posts: 14079 Rating: (1765)	Hello bickramjeet select your Panel in Project Tree-> rightcklick-> Change device/version Then select the HMI so that there is the latest versoin you can activate (V14.0.0.0 in your case) In my testproject with TP1200 Comfort and V14.0.0.0 Image I can use the PDF Control in a screen. EDIT: I tried a little bit -->> the PDF Viewer Control is only availabel in Comfort Panels images >=V13.0.1.0 Bye Murof
