S5 goes to stop because of ob24

Sorry, I don't have enough knowledge about s5 and I must solve this problem. Plc went to stop and we couldn't start again. I couldn't see qvz on ıstack page, but qvz led was red on the cpu. When I delete the OB23,OB24 and OB29 , plc could run. I changed power supply 6es5955-3lc42 , also all I/O cards. Only I didn't change rack 6ES5185-3UA13. I don't know the meanings of op-reg, rel-sac, etc. Could you say anything about the printcreens which at the attachment? Some times I can't see the istack, I don't know why. Also I noticed that the analogue values change so much.

In the last picture I read that you call FB245 (EDEC2) with some datawords (DW) in DB253

there is possibilty causes

- you dont have DB253 in CPU => transfer this DB from PG to CPU or create this DB253 and transfer to CPU 

- you call in FB245 some DW, which don´t exist in DB253, example you want read or transfer data in DB253 DW100, but in DB253 are only total 50 DW´s

Which CPU you used in this cause ???

Change you the CPU in the rack ?? Higher model CPU to lower model CPU ??

Thanks for your answer. We use 6ES5948-3UA13. We didn't change the CPU. I had checked db253, it was loaded and ok. Istack page 00FB adress is inside of DB253 isn't it? I checked it but I couldn't find any data in 251. address.

The problem is in FB245, you must look into FB245 and find an error. BTW do you know what does FB245? Maybe FB245 handle some communication between some pheripery ? Or between CPU and some periphery ...

I find in system manual for S5-135, that OB23 set QVZ LED when are an error on the CP,IP,COR or I/O modules 

Do you use any CP card, IP card, COR (i don´t know what is it, maybe COROS panel) or I/O modules connected via S5 bus ?

Is here possibity that some periphery not communicate with CPU, because for example IP247 don´t have a program ???

The requested DB was DB 253 in FB 245.

The OP-REG contains the hexadecimal instruction 3BFA which stands for:  T DD 250

Check if DB 253 is available in the PLC and if it is at least 251 datawords long. (250 + 251)

You can directly jump to the location of the error if you press F2-Edit

Firstly thank you for your help. Yes you are right, I enter the DB253 and find DD in 250, but the value is zero. How can I find this value where it come from? I think I have 2 problem, one of this is which you said load and tranfer error. One of them goes the cpu to stop but we couldn't see the istack or bstack. I don't know why. You can see the control bits screen at the attachment. What is the meaning of SYSFHL : 0A05 0200 0000 0000 ?
