Softwares of PG M6

We have some projects working with Tia Portal version 14 (SP1 Upd 7), 15 and 15.1. But when I check to configuration of PG M6, it has only V16 for all softwares (Step7/TIA, Wincc etc.) So if I buy a PG M6 (With V16 softwares), do i need to buy the other versions licence? Or Can I work with V16 licence for other version project? Thanks all,
