i did check status of request and it is not even lock was trying to activate license code send to me from support and with the activation code entered it did not work so i reply again to the email and from there no response ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Hello TONY RHEEDER, I'm not sure, why you didn't got a new reply. Think there could be a lot of different reasons. If you would send me the Support-Request ID via personal message I could try to get some more details about the case from the TechSupport colleagues To make sure, that your reply is send to the case my suggestion would be to put this reply to the case at the Support-Request pages within my Support: Support-Request Best regards |
