When FS: 05 with new S7-12xx?

Is there any information somewhere on the Siemens area when FS: 05 will start to get delivered when ordering a new S7-12xx?

We make modular media transport and sorting systems in series production with each module controlled by a S7-1214, so we would need to migrate, test and release new versions of our PLC programs for F/W 4.2. So far we could just delay that requirement to a point fitting our release plan as we could always downgrade new received CPUs to the latest F/W version tested. Obviously we do not have this option when Siemens starts to deliver FS: 05 ...

Split from S7-1200 CPUs with Functional Stand 05 (FS: 05)?.

for my understanding the FS 05 was given on S7-1200 PLCS which was first released with FW V4.2, this are the newer F Plc which based on existing S-1200 HW Types.

This S7-1200 get the FS 05 and can't be downgraded.

For all other S7-1200 i can't find any FS 05, only FS 03 or lower.

The standard S7-1214 we are getting delivered currently are already "FS 04".

So I assume that when Siemens starts to deliver standard CPUs with F/W 4.2 that they will have FS 05 already and hence will not be downgradable.

It is really annoying that Siemens makes such a statement in the release notes but does not tell anywhere when FS 05 will get started to be delivered. This makes any release planning very difficult.

i want to know the order number for the 1214 with FS 04 which was delivered to user swen@bibliotheca

i know the FS 01 - 03 for the S71214C(DC/DC/DC)  or FS03 for S1214FC (DC/DC/DC)but not the FS 04, so i want to know which PLC 1214C he get with a FS 04 and which FW is stored on it.
