Will SB 1223 - 6ES72230BD300XB0 allow me to use PWM/PTO control using a CPU S7-1200 AC/DC/RLY ??

Will Signal board Siemens SB 1223 - 6ES72230BD300XB0 allow me to use PWM/PTO control using a CPU S7-1200 AC/DC/RLY ?? Thank you!! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Can i use as output the i/o Card DI/DO SM 1223 for PWM signal?.

Please note that this SB has only two 24 VDC outputs and that the frequency is limited to 30kHz. Larry Step7 says 20kHz maximum frequency. The 6ES7 223-3BD30-0XB0 would be 200kHz.
