so are you talking 'bout a server/client situation? in that case, both need to have the same version, inclusive the HF8. |

Hi Leffe_77, I don't know what would be the causer of your disappearance of HMI Runtime Screen. But since personally I've encountered this problem several times before, I would like to share the way I have my RT screen come back. (Mine was resulting from my OLE-Automation caller/ bad coding and so on.) To be in brief, I don't think you need to "start WinCC Explorer and deactivate runtime...". Please take a look at the situation I rebuilt as attached, and try one of the solutions inside the attachment. (Please try to excute "ReInitialize_PDLRT.vbs" first. Not "graphic designer", runtime is disappearing. I'm waitting to receive from customer diagnose files and files will be posted here to check what is reason. |
