Mall activation

Hi all,

I've recently made a new Siemens account as I had to hand over everything to the company that I left;

I registered again for Mall access, after about 2 weeks of "your mall activation is in progress" the message reverted to "you are not registered" and I can apply again. 

Has anyone else experienced this? Is this a bug or are there requisites?
