I have the problem that when I want to use a drilling G code (G81 to G89) in MDI or a program in AUTO, I get an alarm saying that CYCLE381M, CYCLE383M, CYCLE384M and CYCLE387M are missing. What I did was the following: Parameter 19800=1 (ON_Extern_Language) Parameter 18800=1 (Extern language) Parameter 10880=1 (Milling) Parameter 20150[46]=2 (G_code_Reset_values(G291)) Modify the DINO.INI file and modify aspects that had to do with ISOActive to activate it. What do I need to be able to fully use the ISO language in Sinumerik840D? I only have the Siemens standard cycles loaded and the "def" containing GUD7. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Buenas tardes, quiero habilitar correctamente el lenguaje ISO en mi control Sinumerik 840D. This might be a machine builder thing, on the Matsuura 840Di there is a G code to switch between the two live in the program.

Code	Initial	Group	Function
G290		31	Select Siemens mode
G291		31	select ISO dialect mode

AutoGen_5499755 Joined: 6/25/2024 Last visit: 8/29/2025 Posts: 10 Rating: (0)	I already used that G codes initially in the program, but when I execute a program with the G codes (G81-G89), the mentioned alarm in the photo appears. For don´t use that G290 and G291 I modificated the param 20150[46] G_CODE_RESET_VALUES (is relationated with code G290 which is the "Sinumerik Mode") originally this param are with "1", and this means that G290 are active, so I changed it to "2", which means that G291 (ISO Dialect mode) is active always.
