When testing the connection between the logo and AWS the error "cannot be accessed" appears

Aún persiste el mismo problema, todos los pasos y la conexión entre el logo y la PC sin problemas, puedo crear un objeto y verlo en AWS, pero al probar la conexión entre el logo y AWS aparece el error "no se puede acceder" . al servidor DNS, ¿alguna sugerencia? Ya estoy desesperado, llevo semanas intentando conectarme y sigo sin poder sincronizar la nube con el logo. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from DNS server not accessible - AWS cloud connection.
