3RW44 - Soft starter problem with error MAX current limit undershot/exceeded

Girishjakkam Posts: 33 Rating: (1)	HI, Hey guys we are using 3RW44 softstarter for our conveyor motor of 315Kw , sometimes the conveyor just starts and when about to reach the full speed the conveyor stops suddenly and later it may start or it may not, the error on the starter isMAX current limit undershot/exceeded when resetted the error resets but again the message is seen for next operation. the setting used for the starter are as follows voltage ramp starting 70% initial voltage 10 secs ramp time breakaway pulse deactivated minimum current limit setting is deactivated maximum current limit setting is 113% The starting currents seen on starter when motor starts is nearly 2400 amps and running current is nearly 130A the rated current of the motor is 515A Please suggest me what to do THANKS iN ADVANCE
