This relates to my other thread "Temperature measurement" https://support.industry.siemens.com/tf/ww/en/posts/temperature-measurement/156915/?page=0&pageSize=10 Just for testing; Open V6.2.4 Set AI1 to 1800, set I5 to 1, wait the 1 minute (set to a lower value for simulation) for B042 to run out. Then enter 2100 in AI1, and switch I5 off - Now Q2 and Q3 goes 0 - What is going on? They are still counting, but their outputs are 0.. I did see the problem IRL yesterday, and decided to simulate it. And yeah, same failure mode. I moved something around to make the diagram less messy (6.2.5), but now the simulation works as expected - Will try to upload the program to LOGO! tomorrow. Please let me know your results with this simple test. EDIT: Attachments are in one zip now.. And some more description addet :) AttachmentVarmestyring_V6_2_4+6_2_5.zip (249 Downloads) |

Sorry for bumping, but I really need help here. I just moved things a little around, to get a nicer diagram. One bug fixed, and another came up. I have to go all the way down to 0 degrees, before Q1 is switching on - Seems like it ignores the 1 degree Delta temp.. Can someone explain what is going on? I have uploaded the "old" 6.2.4 version to LOGO!, because I need heating my workshop. Btw. it has been running quite good I have double checked mostly all settings, what is going wrong? Thanks. I have make a change in your programm so its works lik i think it must be. Look at B056, it makes the temp actual - 10. That value is used for the IN/OUT of Q1 in Block B013 AttachmentVarmestyring_V6.2.Newer.zip (234 Downloads) |
