After updating the display of a 1516-3 to 1.8 , Tiap. diag. shows 1.7

Just a forgotten value in the firmware file? 6ES7 516-3AN00-0AB0 / 6ES7- 591-1BA00-0AA0, Tiap v13 ud4&upd5 What's up with the new 6ES7 516-3AN01-0AB0 CPU (replacing the 3AN00), I see no other differences than some USA import classification. Give us more hardware,firmware and IDE versions in short periods of time, we love it....

So my last post doesn't match to this "new" question now, because it seems that you updated both (CPU and Display). If the update was successfull the correct version should be displayed. So maybe you took the wrong FW File. The difference between 3AN00 and 3AN01 is easy. 00 is the first release of S7-1516 until FW 1.7. If you order one now, you will get it with FW1.7. It is upgradable to FW1.8.x 01 is the next generation default with FW1.8 So, if you have 00, please take the FW-File for this one., https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/78066881
