Hello,

Does anyone know where I can get AutoCAD 2D drawings for RuggedCom Switches? I need to create a detailed installation drawing and can't seem to find the drawings for these switches anywhere while I had no problems for finding drawings for PLCs and other Siemens components.

I tried entering the product numbers on CAx download tool, but it didn't return any 2D drawings, only data sheets

Please start a New service request, Siemens will be able to send you the drawings you want. Please include a list of Products for which you need the drawings.

Thanks for the suggestion! I hadn't thought of it before, I will try it now.

PS: When I was creating a new Support Request, it suggested me to look at already existing discussions in this issue - and it pointed to this thread
