Hello, I`m trying to convert one TI505 to S7, used the V5.4 and imported the code, but differently them what I was expecting, an S7 project as output all I got was a bunch o .AWL and .SCL files that I can not figure out how to use. I also have not found any manual or literature about the conversion program, any tips? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

I have attached an old document describing the conversion process. The section on Automatic conversion beginning on page 9 should get you started on what to do with the AWL and SCL files. Simply stated, you have to compile the AWL and SCL files to generate the FCs and FBs for the S7 program. The compilation process will result in errors that must be fixed before you have a program that will run. The section on Automatic conversion describes some of the errors. There is help information with the converter application. My document borrowed heavily from the help. The Statement List and SCL manuals will assist you in the compilation process.
