As online manual suggest for event ID " 16#35A1" , You need OB40 in your program and download it to the CPU.The reason may come from the hardware interrupt from input/outputs.Check the hardware configuration and write program in OB40 to get more information regarding the interrupt.Read more here:

Hi hdhosseini Tnkx for your quick response. I have downloaded the OB40 in the CPU, but the SF remains there. with same diagnose. I have checked the HW configuration as well and its correct. The CPU is working fine from past 2 months and yesterday it suddenly goes into Fault mode. Regards, SAM |

My last suggestion would be visually checking your Slaves and I/O modules for fault indication.Then open you hardware configuration editor then "STATION-->Open Online".Check the online veiw with graphical representation of ststus of each modules and some diagnostic information related.If possible save the buffer again, upload it here for further investigation!
